Russ Keeler is the principal engineer at Chason Energy. He has over 45 years experience in the field of heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC) and plumbing design for commercial and institutional buildings. His experience includes both new building design and the diagnosis of problems in malfunctioning HVAC systems.

The troubleshooting experience in his practice lends itself well to expert witness services, as systems diagnostics employs the same approach to problem solving as to evaluation of legal disputes.
